Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
To receive your order before Christmas, please place your order before 16 December 2025. Any orders placed after 16 December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before 25 December.
Holiday Warehouse Closure
Our online store remains open 365 days a year, and you are welcome to place orders at any time.
However, our warehouse will be closed from 24 December 2025 until 2 January 2026. Orders placed during this time will only begin shipping again from Monday, 5 January 2026.
Courier Delays During the Festive Season
Please note that courier companies experience a significant influx of parcels during the festive period, which can slow down their usual delivery times.
We kindly recommend adding an extra 1–2 days to your expected delivery timeframe to avoid disappointment and manage expectations.
