7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you have had a change of mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us at hello@jamesjewellery.co.za to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Excluded from our Returns Policy:
- Earrings and items from our Piercing Collection cannot be returned for hygiene purposes and are excluded.
- Engraved and custom made orders cannot be returned.
- Any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
- Items that are still in their original, unused condition will be replaced or refunded in full, no questions asked.
- This also applies to replacements for items purchased in incorrect sizes, colours or variants.
- Items must be unopened, unused and still in its original packaging and label to qualify for this refund.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected to ensure it meets aforementioned criteria.
- Return shipping back to James Jewellery and, in the case of an exchange, back to the buyer, will be for the buyer's own account.
We can assist in booking a courier to collect from you and will provide you with a quote on request.
30-Day Exchange
Any product that has a manufacturer's fault must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be replaced or refunded or store credit will be provided if the item has since become out of stock. Email us at hello@jamesjewellery.co.za if you have a faulty product.
- 30-Day Exchanges only apply to defective products which contain a material imperfection that makes the product less acceptable, useful or safe than what is reasonable to expect.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected to ensure it meets aforementioned criteria.
- Return shipping will be for our account if the item is indeed found to have a factory fault during inspection, and will be refunded to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We can assist in booking a courier to collect from you.
Exclusions
No refunds or returns will be given for items that have been used or that do not generally fall under the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee or 30-Day Exchange policies. This includes:
- Changing your mind after 7 days of receiving your purchase due to incorrect sizes, colours or variants bought,
- Discovering a manufacturer's fault after 30 days of receiving your purchase,
- Improperly caring for your items or using under abnormal conditions and trying to return it in the absence of a manufacturer's fault (read Care Guidelines)
- Earrings and items from our Piercing Collection.
- Engraved and custom made orders.
- Gift packaging and handwritten cards from our Gifting Collection.
All our products are carefully made and inspected before being shipped to you, however we know that gremlins can sometimes creep in. If you are unsure if you qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@jamesjewellery.co.za.
