Shipping policy

All James online purchases are delivered using our preferred third party courier partners who specialise in secure national and international delivery.

We make use of RAM, The Courier Guy, Skynet and Pargo for South African deliveries, and Fedex for international deliveries.

Our products are shipped from our regional offices in Polokwane, Limpopo. Please factor this in when waiting for your parcel to arrive.

National Delivery:

We offer Standard Door to Door courier delivery for R99, shipping to a Pargo Pickup point for R79 for orders below R800. Standard door to door shipping is free for all online orders over R800.

We also offer Priority Shipping for R150 using The Courier Guy's Express service, and your order is bumped to the top of the log for getting processed. 

James aims to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days once an order is paid, delivery times depend on your location, the delivery option you selected and courier capacity. We cannot guarantee or determine courier timelines once the parcel has been been handed over to them.

Delivery lead time estimates based on courier SLAs:

Pargo: 4 to 8 business days

Standard Door to Door: 3 to 6 business days

Priority Door to Door: 1 to 3 business days

 

International Delivery:

James does not include custom duties and international shipping fees in our order prices. International shipping fees for James orders is for the buyer's own account, and can be arranged via James and our preferred courier partner after your purchase has been confirmed.

We recommend that you purchase insurance for your parcel(s). James will not be held liable for any loss or damage on goods and parcels that are not insured during the shipping and delivery process.

International customers need to check their country's customs rates and taxes in case duties are raised on your parcel(s) upon arrival.
