Engravings are done exactly per the customer's input into the text box - please take care of spelling, custom engraved pieces are one of a kind and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Leadtimes
Engraved necklaces and bracelets are made to order and have a 3 business day lead time before it is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds and returns are not allowed for engraved and customised jewellery. If you're unsure of anything, kindly reach out to use on Live Chat or email before placing your order. For more information see our policy.
