If you order this item without engraving, we dispatch it from our Polokwane warehouse within 1–2 business days of receiving your paid order. If you add engraving, please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch.

South Africa Delivery Options:
• Pargo Pickup – rate calculated at checkout based on your location (4–8 business days)
• Standard Door-to-Door – R99 (2–5 business days) – Free over R800
• Priority Door-to-Door – R150 (1–3 business days via The Courier Guy Express; order prioritised for processing)

International Delivery: Shipping fees and customs duties are for the buyer’s account and arranged after purchase confirmation. Insurance is recommended. We are not liable for uninsured parcels. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s customs rates and taxes.

If you order this item without engraving, you’re welcome to return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is for the buyer’s account.

If you choose to have the item engraved, it can’t be returned for a change of mind.

If something arrives faulty or develops a genuine manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery, let us know. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement, refund or store credit. If a fault is confirmed, return shipping is on us.
