Wholesale Programme
If you'd like to stock James Jewellery products in your store, or you're an independent sales agent then please read on! All applications will be considered. If you are eligible, we will send you our pricelist and more details on how to start.
How it works
You can apply for our wholesale programme as one of two different approved partners:
Approved Retailer
If you have a brick and mortar store and you'd like to stock James Jewellery, then this option is for you.
We will provide you with James Jewellery pieces which you can sell at our Recommended Retail Price. You have the option to display them on your existing, unbranded display units or you can rent or buy units from us.
Independent Sales Agent
If you want to sell at pop-up sales events, private sales events or from your home-based business, then this option is for you.
We will provide you with James Jewellery pieces which you can sell at our Recommended Retail Price. You have the option to display them on your existing, unbranded display units or you can rent or buy units from us.
We offer POS sales assistance to capture card payments at events.
FAQs
Payment and consignment
At this stage we do not offer consignment agreements. All stock orders must be placed and paid in full before stock is delivered to you.
Returns
Unsold items may be returned within 30 days of date of delivery with a 15% handling fee applied to your refund.
Lead times
Orders take 2 to 4 weeks to fulfil, depending on what is in stock and the volumes you've ordered.
Online sales
Your wholesale agreement does not include selling James Jewellery through your own online store or e-Commerce platform.
Display units
We have a limited selection of display units which you can rent for events or purchase for long term use.
International stockists
Our wholesale programme is currently only available for trade in South Africa. Please contact us if you're from outside South Africa and interested in becoming an approved partner.
